1) Front leg front kick, back leg crescent kick, front punch, back punch
2) Front leg crescent kick, back leg crescent kick, back leg front kick, front punch, back punch
3) Back leg roundhouse kick and bring it back into guarding stance, with same leg spinning crescent kick
ONE STEP SPARRING:
1. Step to the side and block punch with your right hand, punch stomach, punch face, kick to the groin.
2. Block punch with left hand, at the same time, palm strike to face with right hand, grab his left shoulder with both of your hands, knee strike with right knee.
3. Block punch with right hand, punch low with left hand, step across, turn backwards, elbow with right, put right hand on attacker’s back, sweep leg with right leg while pushing on back.
