FORMS:little dragons,the first 8 steps only
1) Back leg front kick, jump front kick, front punch, back punch
2) Back leg roundhouse kick, back leg roundhouse kick, back punch
3) Back leg roundhouse kick, back leg front kick, front punch, back punch
One Step Sparring
1. Turn in a clockwise motion with your right leg. Trap his arm under your armpit; apply pressure on his elbow with your back. Elbow to back of the head.
2. Back leg crescent kick over punch to the side of the face.
3. Block punch with left hand, right elbow to side in long stance, follow the direction of your elbow and turn with your right leg, left elbow to kidney in horse stance (you will be behind him, back to back), step with your left leg in the direction of your strike, elbow to opposite kidney in long stance.
